Howard is the main antagonist of Alicia's Gang and the supporting antagonist of Mary and Matt Returns, Amy, Anja and Friends, Angelica and Friends and The Sabrina Show. He is Alicia's arch-nemesis and the owner of his mansion far away from Animville who tries to take over Animville with his evil cockroach friend, Ubel and erases Alicia from existence. He is chronologically 39-40 years old.
