This is the new update of Eugene Weaver, one of Louie's henchmen and his full name was revealed.

He was born on July 2nd, 1983 and in Alicia's Gang, he was born on 1989. He is chronologically 17 years old.

Appearance:

He has green hair dyed, he wears a turquoise college coat over a white t-shirt with a red stripe, a green pair of cargo pants and a pair of turquoise sneakers.
